  • How far in advance should we book you?
    We recommend booking as early as possible—typically 6 to 12 months in advance—to ensure your date is reserved. Popular wedding seasons tend to fill up quickly!
  • How do we confirm our booking?
    Once you’re ready to move forward, a 30% booking amount is required to confirm your date. The remaining 70% is due on the event day. We’ll share a detailed contract outlining everything clearly before locking in.
  • Can we customize our photography package?
    Absolutely! We understand that every wedding is unique. Our team will work closely with you to tailor the packageaccording to your events, requirements, and budget.
  • Do you travel for destination weddings?
    Yes, we do! We love traveling and capturing stories in beautiful new locations. Travel and accommodation expenses are usually discussed and added on top of your selected package.
  • How long will you stay on the wedding day?
    Our standard coverage is for up to 11 PM or as per the schedule discussed. Extended hours can be added based on your needs and prior agreement.
  • Will you take photos during meals?
    By default, we take a break during meals. However, if you’d like us to capture moments during breakfast, lunch, or dinner, just let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll plan accordingly.
  • Do we get to choose songs for our cinematic film?
    Yes! We love when couples are involved. You can share your preferred tracks, and we’ll see if they match the vibe of your wedding. If not, we’ll suggest alternatives that you can choose from. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll proceed with our selection.
  • What if we want changes in our photos or video?
    We provide one round of photo re-edits and two rounds of video rework. Further changes are possible with additional charges. We request feedback within 7 days of delivery to ensure smooth timelines.
  • Do we need to provide a hard drive?
    Yes, if a hard drive is not included in your package, please bring a Mac-compatible (ExFAT format) 1TB hard driveon the event day. We’ll back up your data and return it within 7–15 working days.
  • How long do you keep our data?
    We retain raw data for up to one year after your final event. We recommend keeping multiple backups for long-term safety.
  • What happens if we cancel or postpone?
    We understand plans can change. Our cancellation and postponement policy is clearly outlined in our terms. Refunds or rescheduling are handled based on the time frame and team availability. Feel free to ask—we’ll guide you through it!
  • Will our photos be shared online or on your social media?
    Only with your consent. We love sharing our work, but if you prefer to keep things private, just let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll fully respect your decision.
  • Can you shoot additional rituals like Gruhpravesh or casual family time?
    Yes, we can. However, please inform us at least 10–15 days in advance, and note that additional charges may apply.
  • How do we get started?
    Just drop us a message on Instagram or fill out our inquiry form. We’ll set up a quick call to understand your requirements, walk you through the options, and take it from there!
  • What is the procedure after booking?
    Once your booking is confirmed with the booking amount, we’ll send you a detailed event confirmation email. We then create a WhatsApp group including our core team and the couple. Each team member’s role is shared in the group. You can start dropping your ideas—screenshot references, Pinterest links, or anything that inspires you. Our team goes through everything and prepares a custom mood board that matches your vibe. About a week before the wedding, you’ll receive a planning call. We’ll share a schedule showing when we’ll take portraits, interviews, and family photos—especially helpful for brides to sync with their makeup schedule. This helps avoid last-minute stress and ensures everyone knows what to expect. Bonus: Need help with backdrop ideas or decor suggestions?   • Can you give us same-day pictures for Instagram uploads?
    Absolutely! We understand the excitement. We can share a set of beautifully edited pictures on the same day for your Instagram or social media posts—without compromising quality.
  • What is the delivery timeline?
